Error Message 6b306.msi

I am having a problem when IU try to run creator 9. Every time I start the program it tells me to inseret the cd. When I do and it starts to load I get the message "A network error occured while attempting to read from file 6b306.msi" any one having this problem and did you fine a way to fix it. Thanks for any help

I recently started having almost the same problem, except the file name is slightly different. I did find that if I just keep cancelling the error window that says "windows is preparing to install...", that the program will start and run. Every so often, it starts asking again, but cancelling every request makes the window go away, and the (few) things I've done seem to work. Don't know why. I have tried to "repair" in the control panel->install or remove software, but the problem did not go away.
