Creator Basic 9

I just purchased new HP Desktop with Vista and Roxio Basic 9. When I burn from a iso file that was shrunk I get "mpeg audio format may not be compatible with all NTSC players. Burn anyway?" When I choose yes it comes back with "8000 40005 error while encoding" Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

The short answer is, it isn't going to work…

 

You need to purchase the full retail version to go beyond the crippling effects of OEM.
