Hi Cor3y,

Since your software was bundled with a Dell computer, it will be the Dell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) version, and none of the gurus here have been provided with that version. Very little good can be done by wild guesses at something we haven't used, and doing it usually makes that guru particular look foolish so we try not to.

May I suggest you try the Dell Community Forum, where there are a wealth of people familiar with your computer and the software which is bundled with it. It is a valuable resource for any Dell owner, and can be found here (click link)

Regards,

Brendon

It's not specific to Dell. I've been using MYDvd for months on my HP Laptop, on which it came preinstalled also. Starting today, I am no longer able to save projects. I saved some earlier this week, and there have been no changes in my system at all. When attempting to contact Roxio via the selfserve support option, the webpage errors out when you click submit (tried on multiple computers, so it's on their end)

Oh well....nice product while it worked.

I'm having trouble getting into the Forum again, and back on FireFox.

For some reason, Roxio seems to have problems with IE 6. So you might try one of the other browsers.

Also, if you have downloaded, or allowed auto-update to download, IE 7 [internet Explorer 7], that may be what the problem is. Rollback instructions here -
