I Can't Make Emc Run In Xp Or Vista

John at Roxio has all these solutions that does not work. I have been trying for two months to get EMC 10 to work, first on an XP machine, and now on Vista. So the instruction from Roxio says, do not restart, got to Software Manager, click on EMC updates. Sorry but there are no EMC updates.

 

Version 7.5 was last to work fine. I have wasted money on 10, can I get a refund Roxio?

 

Nero 8 for $40 update works great.

I decided not to use Roxio product anymore. Since I can not get a refund, and even some charity places do not want it since the now Canadian owned company does have many problems ssince version 7.5

 

Nero for $40 yes? Got to Nero.com and upgrade to nero 8

 

Nero works great in Vista
