the video that I get while capturing with dazzle runs for a few seconds and it freezes then starts again and it freezes. A message appears saying an" unknown error occur". My computer runs windows vista ultimate. I already downloaded the drivers for dvc 90 so they can run on vista but it doesn't help. I have EMC 9 DELUXE SUITE; any idea as to what Ican do ? any help welcome. Thanks

When you start capturing do you have audio for the preview window?Most of the time this has been happening it's because there is a problem with the audio..Did you get the drivers you're using from the PInnalce website?They should work.

If you have no audio then either your sound card(chip) may not have the correct inputs or they may not be enabled in Vista.
