I've got a new Dell Inspiron 1501 w/Windows Vista Home Premium OS. I wanted to use my Creator 9 to burn a data disc CD-R. After doing some troubleshooting (my bad) on file names, it still showed me a list of files which couldn't be burned; most because the names were too long, a few because they contained character not allowed in the system. After all I'd done, both claims were false. No help on the software, Roxio itself; RoxAnn doesn't understand English syntax. How am I to correct these false file-name problem messages so I can burn the CD?
