Videowave 8

Question

Hi,

I bought Videowave 7 as a stand alone program, it didn't come blundled. I am wondering, if anyone

has heard of Roxio coming out with just and update for Videowave 7.5 to Videowave 8, without having

to buy it bundled as Easy Media Creator 8?

Thaks!

Before you go out to upgrade make sure that your computer more than meets the minimum requirements for this Version 8. Version 8 requires more from your video card so it almost requires a good card/ updated chips (if a laptop) and "likes" an audio card rather than on-board audio. Make sure you update all the drivers for your computer even before trying to install the program you buy.

Is there something that you saw in V 8 that you want or are you interested in upgrading just to have the latest? Some people have said that they like V 7 better than V8..

Look for sales at your local store or on-line. I've seen the full Version of EMC 8 for under $50.

Hi pcostanza,

That sound great! but I wonder if its better just to buy the whole Media Creator Bundle($79.99), since it costs

around the same amount. Hopefully they can come up just with an easy and cheaper way to update to

Videowave 8 and pay maybe right around, say $30 bucks, now that would be owesome

I guess it depends if you're going to use more of it's features but I can't see how you can't. I use most of the suite every single day in some form or another. Lots of rebates available now.
