Cineplayer Ver. 3.9 And Samsung Dvd Drive (dell)

jdroxio

Question

I have been trying to work with the Roxio/Sonic Tech support - but not having much luck - installed Creator 10 on my XP laptop the other day - purchased new software - everything seems to work OK but the CinePlayer DVD playback is choppy --

I have Windows Media as well as RealPlayer on the same laptop and they playback just fine -- only CinePlayer seems to be problematic.

Anybody have any ideas?

There was a post on this recently. Go to Control Panel and look for the Cineplayer decoder pack icon. Uncheck both boxes. (While you are at it, go to the web site for the manufacturer of your laptop and look for updates for your video chip. While you are there, look for other applicable updates.
