Unintalling Easy Media Creator 10

Chayla

Question

I thought Easy CD and DVD was a crappy product, so I don't know why I thought Easy Media Creator 10 would be any better; but I did and bought it any way.

I've had nothing but grief with it (too many problems to even start to list), so I went to uninstall it today, and now can't even finish the uninstall procedure.

This morning while trying to open the program, it told me that "A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file D:\bcaf3.msi. When I Googled this I was told I'd have uninstall the program. When I tried, I got the this reply after a while: "The feature you are trying to us is network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "UM.MSI" in the box below:

Use Source:

C:\Docume~1\careyk~1\locals~1\temp\WZSEO.tmp\updatemanager_msi\

I have no idea what that means, and now my computer is in a loop trying to fix itself, and I can't even get out of the loop, and I'm afraid to reboot because it may have already damaged some files I need to reboot. I'm not an IT person so I have no idea what's going on, and I firmly belief ROXIO also has no frickin idea what's going on.

I just want to uninstall Easy Media Creator 10 and get my computer back to normal, then I want to return the product and get my money back and try Nero.

Can anyone help?
