Converting Emc 9 Video For Ipod

Hi, I just read the post of 1-18-08 re converting and syncing a video created with EMC 9 (full retaill version) to an Ipod. I have an Ipod video (60gb). So far I have been unsuccessful in doing ths. I first converted an mpeg-2 multimedia show music video and photo hich was 19 minutes long and 1.27 gb in size to H.264, imported it to Itunes library and tried to manually move it to my ipod no dice. Message said that the fole type couldn"t be played on the ipod. Next I tried to convert the file to Ipod (on the disk copier menu). It didnt sync to the Ipod.

 

Any ideas would be welcome....thanks jp

Thanks for the response. I'll take a look. While IHAD NOTHING ESE TO DO I decided to take a look a Videora a free utility. It worked flawlessly and I now have the show on my ipod.

Others have had similar problems.

What I use is HandBrake.It'll take your DVD videos and convert them to mp4 that can be used on your iPod.Once it converts you just use iTunes to import to the iPod.
