My Dvd 10

I just bought this today and when I open the section for MY DVD so I can create a menu and drop in my movies I get a videowave 10 has encountered a problem modname wmvdecod.dll modver 11.05721.5145 I cant do anything in that area as it shuts it down. I start to see the home entertainment menu. I was in a live chat and they said to download updated driver to my ATI did it and still doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem.

I tried with no luck I also unistalled it 3 times and reinstalled no luck either. Could it be that the download has a glitch and the cd coming in the mail could be better?

I would then try Add/Remove Programs, Select Roxio and it will offer a Repair option. Take It!
