Making my first attempt to capture video with Roxio Media Import from EMC 10, over Firewire. Camera is a Panasonic PV-GS320. Capture format is "AVI DV"
The audio and video come through fine when I play, and during capture, but when I "preview" the captured clips, there's no audio. UPDATE: If I go "outside" of Media Import, and play the clip (in Windows Media Player) the audio is there, so the audio problem is just with Media Import's "preview".
The audio is fine if I capture with the version of MotionDV Studio that came with the camera (but there are "display" problems with that software, and it's no longer supported).
I don't see a "troubleshooting audio problems" section in the Media Import Help Center.
