Submenu Or Chapters

I am using Easy Media Creator 7.5 to make a DVD. I am used to using version 6 which was very easy to do submenus. You right click and there you go. I am having a terrible time trying to divide up my video into submenus. It is a magic video and I want to be able to choose to watch the whole thing or go to individual tricks from a menu. How do I create submenus?
