Easy Media Creater 10 Opening Problem

Woodyt

Question

I just purchased the program and installed it on my WindowsXP. It worked perfectly a couple of times when I opened the Suite. After a couple of times, it now opens the windows installer and attempts to load Napster Burn Engine, which I don't have. It doesn't appear the be on my installation disk for emc. I did the clean installation and it still opens the windows installer. Any suggestions?

I haven't heard of this particular peoblem before but "Napster's" brand and logo are used by a "Pay Service" and has been acquired by Roxio. You might check for other programs running on your computer that are causing the Napster to continue to want to be installed.

Try installing the Napster, then uninstall it. This has worked for some people in older versions.

Thank you and Redwagon for your help. I found an old napster on my computer when I went back and checked. I uninstalled it and still had the problem. Then went to their web site and installed new version. I left the new version on and I'm not getting the message now. Cross my fingers. Again thanks.
