Errors, Errors, Errors

PA-Woodchuck

Question

I purchased & downloaded ECM10 from Roxio last night and so far as of yet to create my first disc and label. I had Nero 7 basic along with Sonic record now version 7.3 and they both worked very well. I removed Nero before doing the roxio install. My P4 is a 2.4g with 1g memory which by no means is slow, but roxio runs like a dead pig. which trying to make a label I get the error whch pops up someting like instruction )x7c910f29 couldn't be read at 0x0.....01 and noow Roxio no longer has my NEW LG drive listed to print to. Well it looks like I'm going to have to reboot the computer to see what happenes. Not impressed with Roxio, but will give it a shot before I ask for a full $$$$ refund. I go back to the early days with Roxio and NEVER had the issues I'm having now with this software package.

PLEASE HELP!

Reboot your computer, and see if it works. If it doens't uninstall all Roxio and Sonic software, then install EMC 10. Follow the steps in the "clean install" link, below. If you have Vista, scroll down to the bottom of the link, and click on the Vista link.
