Have To Restart Computer After Running "my Dvd"

Hello- I had to reinstall my Sonic Backup my PC and DVD software and have had a few problems since. One of them is when I get into "my DVD" and make a data disk- such as backing up my Outlook files- once I exit the software I can not get into it again without restarting the computer. Any ideas? Thank you!

Sounds like a Windows Media 11 problem. Search previous posts as there were many posts on this subject. Check with your computer manufacturer for a fix to this problem. I think Dell has one and Lenovo (IBM) definitly has a entirely new suite of programs that works well with WMP 11.
