Still The Old Divx Codecs

cortig

Question

Hi All,

I'm really disappointed to see that Toast still comes with the (now very) outdated DivX codecs 6.4.0.

6.6.0 have been out for quite some time and not only do they bring nice improvements over the previous version, but they also correct quite a few issues (especially for people with a System in other languages than English).

The problem has been reported ages ago for both Popcorn and previous versions of Toast

I was told some time ago that it would be updated in the next major version. Now that Toast 9 is out, it's still not updated

Please, please, please, fix this issue…

I don't know if my problem is related, but when I try to convert a TS folder into a High Definition DivX, for some reason Toast 9 cannot complete the operation and I get an incomplete file. Anybody has any suggestion? Thank you!
