Opening Popcorn 3

i just installed popcorn 3. i didn't have time to complete the initial configuration and had to cancel part way through. now i cannot open the program. when i double click to open, the icon pops up as if it is about to start. but then it disappears and the program will not run. i tried to delete the files and reinstall but it did not have any effect. i didn't see any way to 'uninstall' the software.

 

running OS 10 on a macbook pro

 

any help is greatly appreciated.

In your User>Library>Preferences folder there should be a com.roxio.popcorn.plist file. Put it in the trash and relaunch Popcorn.
