Export Command Missing?

After upgrading I launched Toast 9 and dragged in a Tivo file. I was expecting and Export button but do not see it. There are also no Export options in the menus. Any ideas? I am actually doing this at work because I have a much faster computer there, so the DVR isn't present but I have the files. Is there any reason this shouldn't work?

Click on the "CONVERT" category at the top of the screen (data, audio, video, copy, convert) and select VIDEO FILES.

 

Then drag your video in and click the Red button.
