ricalish
Same here. • Time Capsule is set up to use NAT. • Configured port Mapping for 10080 • Configured my Firewall to allow all all incoming access for Streamer • Turned off my Firewall • Yelled at my computer Still no love (error -500, check your internet connection). Come on Roxio, through us a bone here!
Linefeed
I just installed Toast 9 on my wife's MacBook Air (there was no need for Toast since there is no optical drive) and Streamer connected and registered fine - I was able to remotely stream video from www.streamer.roxio.com. This confirms that my network is handling NAT correctly. My thought is that it's some kind of PowerPC-related issue, since all of the machines mentioned in this thread have been G4 or G5 machines. Strange that an issue connecting to a server would be processor-related, but that's certainly what it looks like...

Come on Roxio, through us a bone here! First can you try yelling at it again? I often find that works with my car. Second, if you'd like to send me a PM with your phone number and a time later this evening you can be reached to work on the issue. Sure there is, you can share a burner over your network with Toast Anywhere recorder sharing and access that recorder from the MacBook Air! Linefeed and cnsarye, please check your private messages.
