Can Toast 8 convert wma files to mp3?

Quicktime (which Toast uses) can, but I think that it requires the addition of Flip4Mac:

I have both installed, and rarely do I find something that one or the other can't handle.

 

To convert WMA to mp3, you might first have to use Quicktime Player to export the WMA to AIFF (as a "Quicktime movie") and then import into iTunes for mp3 conversion.
