Upgrade Policy



On March 14, 2008, I bought a new computer plus a copy of Toast. This turned out to be Toast 8. I then hear a few days later that Toast 9 has just been released.


Am I eligible to upgrade to Toast 9 without extra cost?


I find the Roxio website to be extremely frustrating. There appears to be no link where I can ask any question other than the questions in the FAQ, which are useless to me.
