Hi Annie,

 

I have sent you a PM regarding your CD key. I was able to find your order by using your e-mail address and found your CD key. The key is valid and please make sure you enter it correctly.

So nothing happens when you try to launch Toast from its folder in the Applications folder?

Thank you for looking at my problem,

Yes, that is the problem, I click Toast , it opens up and ask me to enter CDKey/Unlock code which I do, remembering I had to use this to unlock download in the first place, then takes me no further, does not continue, just back?

So the next or continue button doesn't light up after you've entered your product key?

 

Send me a private message with your product key (or copy and paste your order confirmation e-mail) and I'll take a look, but if the key is correct you may be entering it wrong.

Have you tried copying the product key from the email and pasting it into the box on the set-up window?

Thank you have done this, all OK now.

Silly me, only used the second CD key.

How do I now stop getting all these Roxio emails showing Toast 9 topics?

Dear Eugene,

Looking at the latest entries I am not the only one having difficulty, albeit there's are a lot more complicated, they are still having problems with Toast 9.
