How Do You Keep Closed Captioning?

I captured a TV show in Windows Media Center. I imported it into Videowave, edited out the commercials and sent it to MyDVD and burned the disc. I noticed that the closed captioning disappeared during this process. Is there some way to do this and make that available?

I don't believe that is possible using EMC 10
