Some Errors

I just installed Roxio 10 this evening and have been using it to import video from my Camcorder. I'm a first time user of Roxio. This software is really flaky. It keeps hanging all the time. I also keep getting an error about reading instructions at certain memory locations.

 

I have another software package for capturing videos from Camcorder and it never had a problem. I got Roxio because it had a lot more features. I may just return this software and ask Roxio for a refund.

You probably should contact Roxio Technical Support ( upper right hand corner of this screen ).

 

It's possible that the software didn't install correctly and you might need to try a clean install, but with only limited information, it's hard to guess.

You have given very little information to work with. How are you setup to capture from your camcorder? What kind of camcorder do you have: tape, miniDVD or Hard Disk? What are you system specs especially your video card?
