savagcl

Question

WinXP SP-2

DirectX-9c

latest version of WMPlayer

Creator 10 will run once! After that i need to remove it completely (program files, registry, users, etc).

Re-install the whole thing and it will run once but not a second time. No error message or any

other error indicator, it just don't run (the task manager shows nothing running)?????

Couldn't find anything in this forum about this (close but not exactly).

Any help will be appreciated.

thanks,

savagcl

I guess you had better contact Roxio Support http://selfserve.roxio.com/

Sounds to me like it's probably the issue where overzealous registry cleaners (like in McAfee and Norton) delete a critical Roxio key. Something that is posted all over the boards. Here's just one that also has a solution.
