Crunch Problem With Pc

I'm not sure if your problem is the same as mine, but (as I indicated in another post under this topic) I downloaded Crunch but was not able to install and open it. (When I tried to run the program, WinZip Self-Extractor unzipped the program files, then a Norton AntiVirus 2005 Download Manager popped up and asked me if I want to start downloading. Clicking on "Start" started downloading out-of-date 2005 Norton AntiVirus files. Crunch did not open at any time.) When I disabled the entire Norton internet security system, including the firewall, and re-downloaded Crunch, the program installed and ran fine. (The Roxio site does suggest that a firewall might have to be disabled when downloading software, but just doing this didn't work.) Hope this helps. Good luck growing old waiting for Roxio tech support to respond!
