Question

HOPE YOU CAN HELP WHEN YOUR SETTING UP TOAST YOU PUT YOUR NAME IN THEN THE CD KEY XX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX WHY IS THE CONTINUED BUTTON GREYED OUT I CAN;T CONTINUE TO INSTALL. THE CD-KEY NUMBER IS CORRECT AS I CHECKED WITH SUPPORT. IN THE SETUP WITH ROXIO IT SAYS TOAST 7 BUT MY CD SAYS TOAST 8 NOT SURE IF THIS MAKES A DIFFERANCE : :unsure:

if you have toast 7 and you downloaded the upgrade for toast 8 its not going to work, you have to download the correct update for the software you have.

i did this, i upgraded my toast 8, and accidently downloaded the toast 9 upgrade.. when i went to enter my serial #, the button was grayed out.
