Easy Labeler Not Recognizing Lightscribe Disc

Question

I had already burned about 10 discs several weeks ago the using the same image (which I saved as a .jwl) so I could burn it again w/o any more editing. Labeler has repeatedly refused to recognize the same discs I used before.

 

And...today when I opened the program..the trial period had expired and unintentionally I seem to have bought the program by clicking "next" on the window. I don`t think I want to buy the program due to all the problems I`ve had with it. Is there some way to get a refund???

 

Btw..Express Labeler doesn`t recognize the disc either (yes it`s in upside down)

You need to contact Roxio Customer Support. If you didn't give them a credit card number, you didn't buy anything. ;)

bruce..as I said, when I clicked on next..it said something to the effect of "congratulations...or thank you , you have purchased blah blah blah. Any way to check on this? Roxio customer support? Incidentally..immediately after, I reopened the program and didn`t get a popup telling me my trial subscription had expired.

Did you feel Roxio's hand on your wallet? How do you think they got your money?

 

LightScribe has nothing to do with any Roxio program. It is only recognized as 'printer'. You have to have the LightScribe software and updates loaded… If your drive doesn't recognize the discs, then you have a hardware problem.

Was your credit card charged? Did you get a confirming e-mail following what you suspect was your inadvertent purchase? :unsure:

Syrallas,

 

You may want to check the last date in a thread before you reply. If the OP had his credit card debited then he would be back screaming about it. Usually a thread like that would be considered very old at two weeks. I don;t thnk he has been back on the forums since that date.

 

For the most part, two weeks to one month would be condidered old for a more technical post; especially if there were no satisfactory answers given.
