Mydvd Aborts When Transcoding

I am using MyDVD 6.1.3 to create, edit and burn shows downloaded from TiVo. I have been successful except when I try to create DVDs of HBO shows. It will freeze during transcoding and shut down. It does not give me an error code, it just staes it has experienced a problem and needs to close. This also happens when I am saving as an image. Again - HBO shows seem to be the trigger. Any thoughts or input would be appreciated!

I don't have a TiVo so this is probably useless to you but I did try capturing to my tv tuner from HBO just to see if maybe there was a 'flag' or some problem with HBO but I had no problems. The fact that it's just HBO has me curious.
