I have downloaded and installed the following updates from your download page and still no joy. ecdc_v184.108.40.206_basic_enu.exe driveup5.3.5v.exe Windows can see the drive just fine. This is the output from a DeviceInfo.exe utility I downloaded from Pioneer's support site.
