Needing To Restart When Dvd Loaded

JuanTM

Question

After im done exporting my newly converted video file to itunes from my dvd movies I load the next one to convert, and my computer freezes and says to restart. i have tried to make sure all the programs are closed and that there is nothing running when i do this and it still happens. Im using mac the ripper to rip my dvds and toast 9.0. Also downloaded the new 9.0.2 version and it still does the same thing. This is my first computer so im like a super novice. i have a 2.4 core 2 duo mac with 4gb sdram. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Im converting the video files in standard quality to the "ipod" setting which is MPEG-4 H.264

Maybe it's a bug in Toast 9. Try choosing New Disc from the File menu before adding a new VIDEO_TS folder or quit and reopen Toast before starting a new export.
