Syrallas
Now computer says ROXMM TrayAppModule has stopped working. Please Help Of course Grandpa is on the mark, but before you do that I'd suggest trying a repair; it has cleared up some errors and if that fails, then for sure follow grandpa bruce's suggestion. You go to Add/Remove Programs, go to Roxio, and try the repair option.

You go to Add/Remove Programs, go to Roxio, and try the repair option. Got through fisrt 2 steps of lean install instructions. Then it says to delete folders from hard drive. Get half way through then it tells me I have to have permission. I opened the C drive through my computer. I assume its administrator( I am the administrator) Just doing something wrong and I dont know what.

Syrallas
...And to add to what terry just said, try to remove files from the "inner most folder" outward in program folders as a way to (hopefully) avoid "administrator" / "permission" issues that occasionally crop up in removing files/folders....
