Tried to open existing project, slideshow, on Roxio10. Get message saying "Skins Image "Doctools.png" found but cannot be loaded. No clue what I am doing wrong. Any help appreciated. Running Vista Premium

 

Now computer says ROXMM TrayAppModule has stopped working. Please Help

Of course Grandpa is on the mark, but before you do that I'd suggest trying a repair; it has cleared up some errors and if that fails, then for sure follow grandpa bruce's suggestion. You go to Add/Remove Programs, go to Roxio, and try the repair option.happy3.gif

Got through fisrt 2 steps of lean install instructions. Then it says to delete folders from hard drive. Get half way through then it tells me I have to have permission. I opened the C drive through my computer. I assume its administrator( I am the administrator) Just doing something wrong and I dont know what.

...And to add to what terry just said, try to remove files from the "inner most folder" outward in program folders as a way to (hopefully) avoid "administrator" / "permission" issues that occasionally crop up in removing files/folders....

just finished with everything. seems to be working fine. Thanks for the help!!
