For those whom are having issues if you are running a third party firewall or blocking the refer from the browsers the downloads will always fail to work. I found this out quite a while back.

Also some banner filters can also block downloads from working also.

I have Toast 8.0.1 installed and I am trying to update to v8.0.4 and can't get the site to download tile file. I have made 50 attempts to get the 8.0.4 update. I've tried 10 different computers, sporting 5 different OSs, 10 different ISP sites and 8 different browsers. I used the the CD key code to register my copy (set up MyAccount) but the License/Registration code on the application is different, does this matter?

I Start at:

1) http://www.roxio.com/ [i select: Support- Software Updates] -->

2) http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/software_...es/default.html [i select: Toast 8] -->

3) http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/toast/sof...updates.html#T8 [i select: Toast 8.x Updates.... Download] -->

4) http://www.roxio.com/Registration/login.as...download_id=103 [i Log-in to "MyAccount"] -->

5) http://www.roxio.com/Registration/(F(Adda2...download_id=103 [i select: " DOWNLOAD" Update Toast 8 Titanium to Version 8.0.4] -->

I end up at:

6) http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/default.html

NO DOWNLOAD!!!!!!! :angry2:

for days now I've tried all other site sources for help and advice, except phone (We shouldn't have to pay for web site problems), ....... and it's been total waste of time. I believe the site is screwed up and needs to be fixed.

Yeah, you could just name the folder Roxio Toast 8.0.4 and then copy to the same folder the old version of Toast is in. Also, if you felt like you would never want to use the old version again (sometimes it is good to keep a couple versions around for testing purposes), you could just throw the old roxio folder away before trying to copy the new one over.
