Yes, create a UTube account. They will tell you what kind of file it has to be. I'm not sure what slide Show Assistant can output that slide show as (Video Wave would have been a better choice). Once you have it in an acceptable format, you can go to media manager and right click on it. It will give you the options to upload to UTube. Read this from malatekid. You can also use the free version of Buzz. As for the dmss file, that is just a roadmap to what you have in your slide show. If you used the three step Slide Show Assistant, instead of saving the file, click on "Create File" and output it to the UTube format you choose. You should be able to either open that dmss file or click on it in Windows folder view to open that file. Then just create the file for UTube.
