That's bloody ridiculous! A travesty and a farce. It's not even properly argued Law. The bully-boys go in with their bulldozers and hired suits, and the small people have to fold and declare bankrupcy because they don't have the resources for a prolonged lawsuit. Then with the opposition removed, the bullies have a one-sided discussion with a compliant Judge who makes an extravagant ruling. The outcome is based on power and resources, not Justice. Major software companies are using it to help with faster downloads (Linux). Much of Europe use it as well. There are good things happening with this technology.
