Server Error In '/' Application



I can't get Toast to recognize my TIvo DVR.


While running Toast 9, I went to confirm that Tivo Transfer was enabled. It was not checked but there was a button/window to click on for more information.


It took me to http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/toast/v9/tivo_togo.html


This is the message I got at that address:


Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.
