Will Not Convert Vidieo To Dvd.

I just installed EMC 10 to convert wmv to dvd. Using the converter and burn option, the program gets to about 8%, then stops. A window for "install photo gallery from disk" opens, with a source of "1". This causes the program to crash. Any suggestions?

Did you purchase EMC 10 via download or do you have installation discs? Were any prior versions of Roxio on your PC?
