Not Getting Response To Ticket

I'm getting the "Temporary file exceeds the maximum file size currently allowed on your temporary drive. to transfer files larger than 4gb..." message.

Ian reports that there's a fix for this and one only needs to setup a ticket and the patch will be e-mailed.

 

Well, I have a ticket# 560388 and it's still "Open" at the end of the day. No e-mail of patch.

 

 

... thanks, I've gotten a response from Roxio. No longer need help with this. Much appreciated. It's GREAT that Roxio reads these forums and responds.

The ticket is not replied in real-time. I see that your ticket was submitted on Wed morning. The tickets are usually answered within 3 business days or shorter. (sometimes it might be longer than that but we try our best to answer all the tickets as soon as possible)
