Independent Edit
We are using a Panasonic BD-RE disc to experiment with BD burning. Using Toast, we can perform either a Quick Erase or Erase, and Toast reports that the disc was successfully erased. But then, when trying to burn to it, Toast spits it out and asks us to insert a blank disc. We're new to using RE/RW media, so what is going on? Thanks! John at Roxio
You probably need to uncheck the "Format Blu-ray disc for Dynamic Writing" check box prior to clicking quick erase or erase. The disc is being ejected because it’s being formatted after the erase.
