Toast 9-no Vcd Option In Video Section

Hi....I'd just like to burn a simple VCD of Quicktime movies. I'm using an iBook G4 and Toast 9.0.1(246)

But there is No VCD option to select in the Video window...There's DVD-video, Video Ts folders, Video Ts compilation and DivX. That's it...am I going blind or just losing my mind?

It's there but you need to go to Toast Preferences and choose "Show legacy formats and settings" for it to appear in the Video window.
