"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information" I have used EM8 before and have no problem....help! As Ijar noted, go to Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs and run the Repair option. No need for disc trying it this way. When did you purchase the download? That was one of the reasons I asked when the purchase was made, to see if he can get the disc bundled in w/ the prior purchase. Can you just go back and re-download the program?
