It is my belief now that Roxio is worse than Microsoft. I have EMC 10 that I had to reinstall because XP SP3 hosed it and it crashed and wouldn't work. I followed all steps in these forums to fix my system - which don't always work because I was getting a missing/corrupt HAL.DLL error after the NTLDR/NTDETECT.COM repair. Anyway, after cleaning up my system, reinstalling XP SP3, etc. I reinstalled EMC 10. Needless to say, my system automatically rebooted without a mouse click and I was not able to tell it NOT to so I could install the EMC 10 patch fix. I have spent a whole freaking day trying to fix my system again correctly and now I have to start over due to your crappy support and software. You would think that after all of this time since EMC 10 was being pushed out to users that you would have a better fix than this crap. I noticed that it also wiped out ALL PDF files on my root C: drive as well after EMC 10 installed and rebooted. Thanks Roxio. You won't be getting any more business from me in the future.
