OK. I'm sure that I'm not the only one but I just don't know where else to turn.
I recently bought a mac and Toast 9 (I'm subsequently upgraded to 9.0.2) and own a TiVo. As promised Toast 9 can pull down the TiVo files just fine. My problem is in editing the files.
So, with that in mind, here's the situation and what I do exactly:
Toast is opened and I drag one of the TiVo files to Toast
I'm in the Video window and I click edit. From the drop-down box, I choose edit again (something that is missing from the knowledgebase webpage above). At this point, Toast is "Updating" and when it's finished, I'm in a (presumably) editing window. I edit what I want but there is no "Done" button to click.
Where is the "Done" to click?
And, I can't seem to get frame granularity in Toast 9. Does such a thing exist? Using the Fine controls doesn't seem to help.

I've read the Knowledgebase file at http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Toast/000063T?set-locale=en but must be missing something very obvious ... and I can't afford to pay for support after having just spent money for Toast 9.

Thanks for any suggestions and pointers!
