Screen Resolution (settings)

When opening up the photo/photo fix in the home menu we get a dialog box telling us to increase our display settings above 1024 x 768 and 16 bit or higher color. Our monitor is set at 1440 x 900 with 32 bit color. WE have a new Toshiba laptop with 17.5" monitor. We STILL get the same dialog box to increase the settings above 1024 etc.... So the photo aspect of the program is not working... HELP

Have you tried resetting to 1024 x 768 and seeing what happens?

 

It could be an aspect ratio problem on your monitor
