Toast Dvd Unable To Read On Windows



I burned a data disk with toast and had the settings on mac and PC

My friend who I made the DVD for his PC is unable to recognize it, what do you think the problem is?


what can i do to windows in order to read the disk i burned?


the OS he is using is both XP and vista, none of the systems were able to read it

I suspect a problem with the media itself presuming you didn't inadvertently make a Mac-only disc. If you used DVD-R give DVD+R a try or vice versa or at least a different brand of media.


You also can burn in DVD-Rom (UDF) format which is readable by both Macs and PCs.
