Will Not Install

My set up application has stopped working for some strange reason only when I try to download my Roxio 10 dvd and the following message appears - any suggestion would be most appreciated.

My O/S spefications are Windows vista home premium 2006 mircosoft HP 32 bit Pentium 2.80 ghz 1014 mb

 

If my system is unstable not sure what to do next any suggestions? ahhh

Use of RegCure Scan & Repair Tool...

allso run this free bee tool through your system just in case somthing is lurking on there

it is by far the best free removal and detection tool for nastys on the net.

Iv scanned computers that have had adaware and spybot ect on them and those softwares have said clean

and superantispyware has found stuff and fixed it.

 

see what it finds on your PC

 

then after that click on the start button and type in the run box MSCONFIG and click enter

go to the startup tab and de-select windows defender if it is on the list and click ok, say yes to reboot and let it do that.

now that the PC is back to the desktop, try the install again

 

(there have been issues reported on the japan translated board over instalation issues and windows defender)
