Photosuite 10 Printing

Question

Installed Creator Suite 10 and received error from having a previous version installed. The basic edition of Roxio came with Dell w/ Vista purchase. Uninstalled version 9 and reinstalled EMC 10. All works fine except for printing of photos from Photosuite. The printer is a Dell AIO 920. All Photosuite print jobs go into the queue and don't print. After cancelling them all...they now remain in deleting status. I can't clear the queue. Have tried reboot, turning off printer. New Photosuite print jobs now go directly into deleting status.

 

The printer has the latest driver which was loaded with assistance from Dell Support when it was hooked up. All other apps print directly with no issue. Anyone else run into this type of application print problem.

Have you tried deleting the printer itself (settings>control panel>printer>delete printer), turning off computer, and then reinstalling printer?

I could not uninstall the printer using windows Uninstall and Printer Uninstall. The printer message read that there are active print jobs in the queue.

 

Dell support logged in and was able to Uninstall the printer using Device Manager. The printer reinitialized but the queue remained full of Photosuite print jobs. Photosuite continues to send photo files as RAW to the printer queue in 'Deleting' status. I can still print using all other applications just not artwork from Photosuite 10.

 

Any other ideas?
