Add A Website Link To Dvd

I have been searching the user manuel with no luck and hope the folks here can help. I want to create a DVD with a clickable web site link either on the DVD menu or in a DVD-ROM. Can this be done with Toast 8?

Thanks in advance for your info.

You cannot do it in the DVD menu. However, Toast does allow the addition of data content to a video DVD disc. If you already have the VIDEO_TS folder completed you can do everything in the Toast Data window. Choose DVD-ROM (UDF) as the format, click New Disc, add the VIDEO_TS folder and then add the file that opens a browser to a certain page.

If you don't have the VIDEO_TS folder then set up everything relating to the video portion in the Toast Video window. Select the option to Add data content, choose DVD-ROM(UDF) as the format in the Data window, click New Disc and give the disc the same name as the video DVD name (where Toast defaults to My DVD as a name), add your data file(s), go back to the Video window and click the burn button.
