Crash Photosuite

Hi HEEEEEEELP! please photo suite crashes all other photo apps get runtime errors for the roxwizardlauncher10.exe . Create panoramas works I have tried everything i can find on this forum including 2 clean installs. any one else have a solution not yet posted or maybe i missed. Thanks

What do you mean it crashes all other photo apps? If you want help, you need to explain what you have running, and what you are doing, when you experience the crash.

Hi sorry for the lack of info photosuite itself, encounters a problem and needs to close as far as the rest e-mail photos, print photos, multi-photo enhance, create slideshow (except for create panoramas working) i will receive a runtime error in the roxwizardlauncher10.exe app never shows splash screen. and create projects starts but hangs and will not show list of project types as far as running any other apps none open and disabled all startup items no luck!

 

My system is a Dell inspiron E1505

Windows XP service pack 3 now was 2 same problem

Media Edition

intel cpu @ 1.83 core Duo

1 GB Ram

60 G Hard Drive

Mobile Intel 945GM Express chipset

Did you shut down your anti-virus software, before you installed the program? Have you updated the drivers for that onboard chipset?

Hi, yes no anti-virus or fire wall running and the most up to date driver for the video card did a clean install twice no luck

Have you tried any of the other applications in the suite? Is it possible that other apps crash as well and you have only been using the Photo apps? If so, you may be having problems caused by a registry cleaner.

I have not run all the apps but have used a good number of them with no problems as of yet have not run my reg cleaner after the clean install the photo apps just wont run except panorama strange. my have problems in other apps will play and see any other ideas i am running out Thanks
